Essential for any scientist!

I adore PinPoint. I only use one functionality: the full-screen crosshairs. I have it set to toggle on and off with a single key-stroke. Any time I am looking at a plot (which I do ~100x a day), I have a really easy way to read off values for the data points.

I’ve been using PinPoint for about 8 years (long before there was an “App Store”) and, at this point, it is an essential piece of functionality that I require for my day-to-day work. I wouldn’t want to live without it. $5 may seem pricey for that one functionality, but it’s like the perfect pair of jeans: might seem expensive when you buy it, but you get more use out of it than all the rest of your App/wardrobe put together.
