Awesome Customer Service

I was using the trial version and noticed a problem. I sent a query to customer service and had a response within 10 minutes. The representative was most helpful and exchanged a few emails to ensure he understood the problem and could work on a solution. I just purchased the full version based on the excellent customer service. Such developers are worhty of my support.

Oh yeah, the program itself is great as well.
