Fantastic product, Great attention to customer support!

Pinpoint is simply indispensable for my MacBook Air use and became so much so that I installed it on my 27” iMac. The “on while moving” setting is just perfect in the sense that the normal cursor remains unobtrusive when the pinpoint highlight is not needed, especially for text entry but my gosh, what a dream to avoid the “now where did I last park the cursor?” issue once I’ve changed screens or simply want to avoid the dreaded seek-into-a corner inadvertent hot-corners activation!

When the update had a bug, customer support answered consistently fast, offered a work-around that kept me going until the update and the update showed up with a email notice to customers the moment it was in place. While this service level is a hopeful expectation with the less-cost application vendors, Lagente Software sets the standard in service, updates and continued product support. Could NOT be happier.

From my experience, this is the best, most cost effective solution to a vexing problem with no comparable solutions via the Mac OS. With the level of support, I can’t see how you would regret this purchase.
